Accenture is a global management consulting, technology services & outsourcing company established in 1989 primarily as a technology consultant and systems integrator. It has offices and operations in more than 150 cities in 49 countries across the world. CEC organised a Joint Campus for 2008
batch B.Tech and MCA students where over 350 students are selected as Software Engineers with the package more than 3 lacs.

25 students were selected during the joint campus recruitment drive held in
Chandigarh Engineering College, Landran by Ambuja Cements Mumbai. The recruitment drive was open for B.Tech (ME, ELE, Chemical and Civil)

Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran has achieved yet another milestone when the Federal Bank selected 22 of its students during a placement drive in which 100 eligible students participated. CGC has become the 1st Educational Group in Northern region ever visited by the Federal Bank to conduct their recruitment process. Those selected have been offered a whopping annual package of Rs.4.44 Lacs.

A one of its kind in Mega placement drive was held at college on 21st and 22nd February. This Job Fest was an endeavor to arrange job placements for both the students studying in the B.Ed. course as well as pass outs of previous sessions as no other institute in the region provides campus placement prospective teachers. 24 schools from the tricity and peripheral areas participated in this placement drive.
